SportSignal provides commercial intelligence reports, benchmarking tools, and API access for sports organisations, brands, and agencies. Reports are delivered in digital PDF format within the timeframe stated at point of purchase. Access to the Intelligence Portal is provided on a subscription basis.
Reports are licensed for use by the purchasing organisation. You may share reports internally, use them in client presentations (with SportSignal attribution), and reference data in publications (with source citation). You may not resell, redistribute, or publish reports in full without written permission. The White-Label API tier provides explicit resale rights.
SportSignal reports are based on publicly available data, industry research, and proprietary AI analysis. They represent analytical opinions, not financial advice. Predicted revenue figures are estimates based on comparable transactions and market benchmarks. SportSignal is not liable for commercial decisions made based on report content.
Digital reports: refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the report has not been downloaded. Once a report is accessed or downloaded, no refund is available. Portal subscriptions: cancel anytime. No partial-month refunds. API access: 7-day trial period with full refund if cancelled within 7 days of first access.
All analysis methodologies, scoring models, and report formats are intellectual property of SportSignal. The underlying data (club names, public financial data) is not proprietary. You retain full ownership of any third-party data you provide to us. We retain no ongoing rights to your data after report delivery.
SportSignal's liability is limited to the value of the service purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses. Maximum aggregate liability is capped at £10,000.
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
