We collect: email addresses (when you unlock reports, contact us, or subscribe), purchase data (via Stripe — we do not store payment card details), analytics data (anonymous page views, device type, country — no personal identifiers), and portal account data (email, password hash, subscription status).
Your email is used to: deliver the reports you purchased, send follow-up intelligence relevant to your club or query (max 2 emails per month), notify you of new reports on clubs you've shown interest in. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except Stripe (payment processing) and our email delivery provider.
We use self-hosted analytics with no third-party cookies. We track page views, session counts, and referral sources. This data is anonymous and aggregated. We do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel without explicit opt-in. IP addresses are used for country-level analytics only and are not stored in full.
Email leads: retained for 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Purchase records: retained for 7 years (UK legal requirement). Portal accounts: retained while subscription is active, then for 12 months post-cancellation, then deleted. You can request deletion at any time.
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email sportsignal@polsia.app. We will respond within 30 days.
We use one functional cookie (session ID for portal authentication). No advertising cookies. No tracking cookies. No third-party cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — this will only affect portal login functionality.
